Pulte Homes is a large home builder that  builds homes in Expensively Designed Communities from all over the United States.

Pulte Homes has large communities spread throughout Central & Southern Florida, and in Southeast Georgia.  Although these Pringle communities have some of the Wyld Palms amenities none are Water Front Communities on large lakes.

Pulte’s home quality is good like most large home builders, but does not allow for  the customization that Wyld Palms gives to Active Adults, Seniors, Empty Nesters and Second Home Buyers desire.  Most Pulte communities are age restricted, or a quite picky of home buyers.
